Cancellation Policy

My goal is to create a supportive, respectful, and meaningful experience for every client. These policies help protect both your time and mine. Booking & Service Policies Thank you for choosing to work with me. The following policies help ensure a positive experience for everyone. Booking & Payment • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. • Appointments are confirmed once payment has been received. • Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Cancellation & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will not be refunded. • Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without notice ("no-shows") will forfeit the session and payment. • One rescheduling request per appointment may be accommodated, subject to availability. Late Arrivals • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a missed appointment and may need to be rescheduled. Packages & Special Offers • Package sessions and promotional offers are non-transferable and may not be shared. • Package sessions must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase. • Unused sessions are non-refundable. Refund Policy • All services, readings, consultations, workshops, and packages are non-refundable once purchased. • Refunds are not available for missed appointments or unused sessions. Readings & Energy Work Disclaimer • Tarot readings, intuitive guidance, Reiki, meditation, and related services are offered for personal growth, reflection, and insight. • These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. • Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes following a session. Respectful Environment • I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client behaves in a disrespectful, abusive, inappropriate, or threatening manner. Agreement • By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
